How we work

Step 1: Get in touch - Contact us by phone, email or via our website to discuss your needs. We’ll gather initial information to understand whether you’re seeking Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech and Language Therapy (SaLT), Autism or ADHD assessment, advocacy support, or a combination of services.

Step 2: Personalised proposal - Based on the information you share, we’ll provide a personalised outline of recommended services and costs. This may include assessment, therapy, diagnostic services, advocacy support, or coordinated multidisciplinary input.

Step 3: Allocation and planning - Once you’re happy to proceed, the most appropriate therapist, assessor or case co-ordinator will be allocated. They will plan assessment, intervention or advocacy support tailored to your needs and delivered in the most suitable setting, including home, education, workplace or community environments.

Step 4: Assessment and reporting (where applicable) - For assessment-based services — including OT, SaLT, Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, DFG or tribunal assessments — you will receive a comprehensive written report once all assessment process are complete. This will clearly outline strengths, needs, clinical conclusions, recommendations and next steps, including intervention or support plans where appropriate.

Step 5: Intervention, advocacy and ongoing support

Where ongoing therapy, advocacy or follow-up support is recommended, services are delivered in line with the agreed plan. This may include OT or SaLT intervention, SEND advocacy, liaison with schools or local authorities, review meetings and adjustments to support as needs evolve — always in partnership with you.
