How we work 

Step 1: Initiate your support request by reaching out to us via phone, website or email. 
 
Step 2: We will generate a personalised cost estimate for you based on the information you provide. 
 
Step 3: Upon acceptance of the quote, an Occupational Therapist or Speech and Language Therapist will be assigned to you. They will conduct visits either at your home or in the most suitable educational/work setting for assessment/intervention needs.  
 
Step 4 (for an assessment): You will receive a comprehensive assessment report detailing individual aims, goals, recommendations for support and an intervention plan if appropriate. 
 
Step 4 (for interventions only): On-going interventions will be delivered as outlined in the provided plan. Adjustments and additional interventions may be proposed and implemented during our sessions , subject to your agreement.
