Berkshire Autism Support Service (BASE)
BASE is the sister company to FunctionAbility - At BASE, we provide comprehensive Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) assessments. After assessment with our service, we can provide personalised support for individuals and families alongside a variety of therapeutic assessments offered by our Multidisciplinary Team (MDT).
How BASE works
Our dedicated team are committed to understanding and nurturing the unique strengths and challenges associated with neurodiversity. At BASE, we want to ensure that you have a personalised journey throughout your time with us, starting from the moment you get in touch with us, through to the end of your assessment process.
The services we offer for individuals we have assessed include; therapeutic and diagnostic assessments, psychological support, support with accessing medication, SEN advocacy, guidance and assessments to contribute to the EHCP process.
