We also offer vocational assessment and rehabilitation as well as functional capacity assessments and reports for legal purposes.

How we work with medical practitioners
Should you have a client that may benefit from our services, please complete the contact form in detail and one of our therapists will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss how we can assist.
Following assessment of the referred client, we will complete a detailed report with background information, assessment results, conclusion and recommendations. Where further intervention is undertaken by the FunctionAbility team, we can provide you with regular feedback and updates on progress made through progress reports. Our team is highly experienced in working with a multidisciplinary team and value the input, feedback and discussion with other professionals to ensure best practice is offered to your client.
How we work with Case Managers & Employers
Our team of experienced Occupational Therapists can prepare a proposal with a fixed fee structure tailored for each individual case depending on the needs of the case. We offer expert advice and collaborate with you as case manager to ensure we meet the needs of you and your client.

Following these assessments, our Occupational Therapists prepare a report detailing the outcomes of the assessment, analysis of the case, conclusion and recommendations with evidence based outcomes.

Through our partnerships with charitable organisations we hope to improve exposure and awareness of the organisation as well. We also offer training, education and support to care workers and can assist with individual sessions contract basis training.
